Visualization of cellular components in a way that shows proteins and other macromolecules in motion and in their environment. The effort is to keep the representation rigorously scientific, while also showing the forces acting on them, and representing other components present, whether they are involved in the process or not. The difference can be assimilated to a film shot in a scene and one recorded in studio with only the green background.
